PROJECT BRAND STRATEGY & IDENTITY
Vivaleas was at a point in their business where their two largest markets were diverging, which left them with a challenge to keep the human side of patient care while appealing to institutions. They wanted to present themselves as a united company while maintaining an offering that would target both the North American and European markets. They also wanted to bring a modern identity that was not like their competitors – which they felt was more clinical, sterile, and institutional.
